2. Our US Affiliate: American Friends of the Vienna Boys Choir
American Friends of the Vienna Boys Choir is a Texas nonprofit corporation, c/o Erwin Law Firm, 100 Crescent Court, Suite 700, Dallas, Texas 75201, USA. It is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
EIN: 41-350526 | Tax-exempt status: currently in application phase with the IRS to confirm as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3)
Gifts from donors in the United States are received by American Friends of the Vienna Boys Choir. Contributions will be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. If you receive goods or services in return for your gift - for example a gala dinner or concert tickets - only the amount exceeding their fair market value is deductible. We will state that value in your gift acknowledgment.
American Friends of the Vienna Boys Choir is an independent US charity. Its Board of Directors retains full discretion and control over all contributions it receives. Gifts made with a preference for a particular purpose, including support of the Wiener Sängerknaben, will be honored to the extent consistent with the corporation's charitable purposes and US law.
Gifts made directly to WSK-Vision gGmbH (Germany) or to the Verein Wiener Sängerknaben (Austria) are not tax-deductible in the United States.
